National Workshop on NIS

Recently RECAST organized a National Workshop on “Linkages and Partnership Among Enterprise, R&D Institution and Academia/ Universities to Foster Innovation and Transfer of Technology “From 17-18 July 2012 at Grand Hotel Kathmandu in co-operation with Asian and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology (APCTT) UN-ESCAP and Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI) of South Korea. The program was also supported by Government of Nepal, Ministry of Environment Science and Technology, Government on India , Dept of Science and Technology, University Grant Commission (UGC), Kathmandu and Lotus Holdings (P) Ltd. Jawalakhel, Nepal. A “Training on Development and Management of On – line Nepal National Innovation system Resource Centre “ was carried out at RECAST premises on 19th July 2012. The training program was organized by APCTT/UN ESCAP in co-operation with RECAST. Dr. K. Ramanathan, Head of APCTT and Mr. N. Srinivasan, Innovation Management Expert, APCTT were the Resource persons for the training.
